Refund policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your product was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and freebies (if any) must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products
    (Example: Custom strung racket, T-shirt printing, cricket bat knocking, engraving, etc.)
    No cancellation or return is allowed for customized orders.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us

  • The return request is made after the 7-day window


REFUNDS (If Applicable)

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding:

  • Approval or

  • Rejection of your refund

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business working days.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.)

  • COD Orders:
    Refunds will be issued as Store Credit, redeemable on any future purchase at ProKick Sports.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank (some processing delays may occur)

EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENTS

To request an exchange, please contact our WhatsApp Support within 7 days of delivery.

You can request an exchange if:

  • You received a defective/damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • You need a size exchange

🕒 Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Exchange fulfillment depends on stock availability. If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or refund as per eligibility.


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive gift credit for the value of your returned item.

  • Upon receiving the return, we will send you a gift voucher.

If the item was not purchased as a gift:

  • The refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

  • For items above ₹2000, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance.
    We cannot guarantee the receipt of return parcels without tracking.
