Shipping Policy for Domestic Orders (Within India)

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499 anywhere in India.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • All domestic orders are processed within 2 working days.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted domestic courier partners.

  • Most orders are delivered within 2–4 working days from the date of invoice.

  • Deliveries to remote locations, villages, or smaller towns may take longer depending on courier service availability.

Multiple Addresses

  • If you want items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Shipment Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you the airway bill number / tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Delays & Courier Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, unexpected logistics issues, or if the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier operations.

Transit Loss or Damage

  • PROKICK SPORTS is committed to delivering your order safely.

  • In case of loss during transit, liability is limited as per the courier company's policy.

  • The courier partner will bear losses only up to the limit set by them (subject to change).

Legal Compliance

  • We may disclose shipping-related information if required by local, state, central, or international law enforcement agencies.


Shipping Policy for International Orders (Outside India)

Order Processing & Delivery

  • All international orders are processed within 2 working days.

  • Orders are shipped via reliable international courier companies.

  • Most deliveries are completed within 10–15 working days from the date of invoice.

  • Delivery times may vary for remote regions or due to customs delays.

Multiple Addresses

  • For multiple shipping addresses, place separate orders.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once shipped, we will provide the airway bill number / tracking number by email.

Delays

  • PROKICK SPORTS is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Customs clearance

    • Courier company delays

    • Recipient unavailability

    • Unforeseen logistics issues

Transit Liability

  • We commit to safe delivery of goods, but our liability is limited.

  • Any loss during transit is covered only up to the extent allowed by the courier company.

Legal Compliance

  • Information may be released to authorities if required by law.


Customs Clearance for International Orders

  • Some countries require customs clearance before delivery.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges must be paid directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Please check your country’s import rules before placing an order.

Failure to Clear Customs

  • If customs clearance is not completed within the required time:

    • The goods may be destroyed or returned to the sender by customs.

    • No refund will be issued in such cases.


Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) – International Orders

  • Some international destinations may be classified as Remote Areas by the courier.

  • A Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) may apply.

Payment of RAS

  • RAS will not be charged at checkout.

  • We will inform you if your location falls under Remote Area before shipping.

  • You must pay the surcharge within 3 days of notification.

  • If payment is not received within the timeframe:

    • Your order will be cancelled, and

    • A full refund will be issued for the product amount.
