Delays & Courier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, unexpected logistics issues, or if the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location.

Customs Clearance for International Orders

Failure to Clear Customs

If customs clearance is not completed within the required time:

The goods may be destroyed or returned to the sender by customs.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) – International Orders

Some international destinations may be classified as Remote Areas by the courier.

A Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) may apply.
Payment of RAS

RAS will not be charged at checkout.

We will inform you if your location falls under Remote Area before shipping.

You must pay the surcharge within 3 days of notification.

If payment is not received within the timeframe:

Your order will be cancelled, and

A full refund will be issued for the product amount.
