To increase spin and forgiveness on off-centre hits, the Carboflex X-Top features "Extended String holes": 12 eyelets in specific areas of the frame (3 o'clock, 9 o'clock and 12 o'clock) have been enlarged to encourage the strings to breathe and promote elasticity.
